QUICK DRAW POKER

Privacy Policy

Effective 24 August 2026 · Published by TCG Maker

The short version

Quick Draw Poker does not sell personal data, show behavioural advertising or process real-money payments. Sign-in is optional for solo play. If you sign in, we use your account details to provide cloud saves, multiplayer and the leaderboard.

1. Who we are

Quick Draw Poker is a card strategy game published by TCG Maker. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to TCG Maker as the operator of Quick Draw Poker.

For privacy questions or requests, email quickdraw.support@gmail.com.

2. Information we collect

Information stored on your device

The game uses local browser or app storage to remember your current game, statistics, tutorial progress, audio preferences, virtual play coins, cosmetic card skins, ranked points and the room code needed to reconnect to a multiplayer table.

Optional sign-in information

If you choose Sign in with ChatGPT, we receive the email address and display name connected to that sign-in. We do not receive your ChatGPT password. You may also choose a player nickname.

Cloud saves and game records

For signed-in players, we store game progress, game statistics, onboarding status, virtual play-coin balance, owned cosmetic items and the time the save was updated.

Leaderboard information

We store your player name, wins, games played, top-three finishes, damage dealt, current activity and last-seen time. The public leaderboard shows your player name and game statistics. It does not show your email address.

Multiplayer information

When you use multiplayer, we process your internal account identifier, player name, room membership, room code, seat, readiness, game actions, match state and join or last-seen times. Other players see your player name and relevant match information, but not your email address.

Support and technical information

If you contact support, we receive your email address and whatever information you include. Our hosting and security providers may also process standard request information such as IP address, browser or device type, timestamps and error logs to operate and protect the service.

3. How we use information

  • To run the game and remember your settings and progress.
  • To identify your cloud save and make it available across devices.
  • To provide public and private multiplayer rooms, matchmaking and reconnection.
  • To calculate and display leaderboard positions and live playing status.
  • To prevent abuse, protect accounts, diagnose faults and keep the service reliable.
  • To answer support, privacy and deletion requests.

Our lawful bases under UK data-protection law are providing the game services you request, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, and compliance with legal obligations where applicable.

4. Sharing and service providers

We do not sell personal data and do not share it for behavioural advertising. We use service providers that support site hosting, database storage, authentication, security and delivery of the game. They process information only to provide those services or meet their legal obligations.

Player names and the game information described above are shared with other players through multiplayer and the public leaderboard. We may also disclose information if required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect users, our rights or the security of the service.

5. Retention and deletion

  • Device data: kept on your device until you reset the game, clear the app’s storage or uninstall it.
  • Cloud saves and leaderboard records: kept while you use the service, until you use Reset Everything while signed in or ask us to delete them.
  • Live presence: the leaderboard stops marking you as active shortly after you leave. The underlying record is removed when your game data is deleted.
  • Multiplayer rooms: rooms have a 24-hour expiry and are removed during routine cleanup. If you request deletion during a live room, residual match data may remain until that room expires.
  • Support messages and technical logs: kept only as long as reasonably needed to resolve the issue, protect the service or meet legal requirements.

See our data-deletion instructions or email quickdraw.support@gmail.com.

6. Your choices and rights

You can play solo without signing in. You may reset device data at any time. Signed-in players can use Reset Everything to delete their cloud save and leaderboard record as well as local progress.

Depending on the circumstances, UK data-protection law may give you rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to our use of your personal data, and to receive a portable copy. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office. To exercise a right, contact us using the email above. We may need to verify your identity.

7. Security and international processing

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards designed to protect player data. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Our technology providers may process information outside the United Kingdom; where required, transfers are protected using recognised legal safeguards.

8. Children

Quick Draw Poker is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from a child under 13. A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided personal data should contact us so we can investigate and delete it.

9. Data we do not collect

The game does not request precise location, contacts, photos, camera, microphone, health information or payment-card details. Virtual play coins have no cash value, and the game does not process real-money wagers or prizes.

10. Changes and contact

We may update this policy when the game or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top will show the latest revision. Material changes will be brought to players’ attention where appropriate.
